Our goal is to empower clients through counselling and psychotherapy to find purpose and balance in their lives, and to improve their wellbeing and overall quality of life.
As an experienced counsellor I use a variety of evidence-based techniques, including emotional focussed therapy (EFT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychology and mindfulness practices, to help clients overcome negative thought patterns and behaviours. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health, addressing both the mind and body.
I am an experienced qualified therapist with over 25 years experience. I specialize in a variety of areas, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues as well as Eating Disorders. Hope Therapy is dedicated to providing personalized care to each of our clients, and are committed to ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest research and techniques.
